A powerful and experiential growth program for relationally-minded business executives, visionary entrepreneurs, and other inspired leaders. Learn to more creatively and effectively navigate complex group and relational dynamics as we practice and refine skills and ways of being that have a direct and profound impact on who we are as leaders and the quality of the team and organizational cultures that we co-create. Areas of focus will include navigating anger, conflict and difference; deepening self-awareness and authentic embodied presence; balancing assertive and receptive modes of being; and growing emotional intelligence and interpersonal effectiveness.
